The story of the Club Of Comfort brand all started in a tailors shop, which was established by the master tailor Johann Hinrichs, in 1954 in Grossefehn, Germany. 

It was soon after starting that the orders started coming in and the handmade trousers needed to be produced in larger quanties.  With a good intuition for chances, market needs and the right moment he established additional production lines in Slovakia (1972) and Schwerin, Germany (1990)
